If you must cancel your sign up, please do so at least 1 full hour BEFORE class start time so that those on the wait list can make it to class. After 2 late cancels or no shows, you will not be allowed to sign up for classes without instructor permission. We apologize, but due to the limited number of slots, this is the only fair way we can accommodate all of our members. Classes without sign ups will be cancelled.
Adult Fitness Classes
Classes accommodate all levels of fitness, unless otherwise noted.
Power Circuit: Circuit training with your favorite group of friends! Enjoy this fast-paced circuit class as you complete a full body, 1 hour work out sure to leave you feeling energized and accomplished! Power Circuit Rotations: Jan 2- Feb 11, Mar 4-Apr 8, Apr 29-May 31 (All Power Circuit classes will run 6 weeks at a time, then break for 2 weeks).
X Fit!!: a mini cross fit style class designed to help improve your muscular strength and cardio! Blast through and see how many rounds you can do each class! For intermediate fitness levels*, no beginners.
Men’s Hour: Join Personal Trainer Scott for a heavy lifting routine designed specifically to fit men’s fitness goals. Men only!
H2O Pump! (NEW!-Summer only!): Perfect for the fit, pregnant, or joint-sensitive individual. Athletic approach to water fitness training with resistance training, intense cardiovascular work, intervals, and plyometrics. You’re sure to improve your cardiovascular conditioning as well as muscular strength and endurance. Need not be a swimmer to participate.
Cycle Spin: A non-impact, cardiovascular, high-paced workout on stationary bikes. Our most popular class! *Pre-registration required.*
Yoga: Vinyasa style flow class that involves muscle strengthening through mindful stretch and movement. Some yoga experience recommended.
Gentle Stretch: A beginner yoga-style class where the focus is on muscle recovery and strengthening through gentle stretch. Perfect for those with previous injuries or arthritis.
Step: A choreographed routine that burns calories and builds lungs, heart, and hiney! Great cross-training!
Circuit Tone: Circuit training class where various stations are utilized to provide full body strength training.
Abs: Focus on shedding midsection pounds and getting that six-pack strength you always wanted!
Beginner Blast: Aerobic exercise for beginners. Always different. High-intensity interval training, weight training, and plyometrics.
Body Blast: Aerobic exercise class that fits beginner to advanced levels. Always different. Focuses on different muscle groups daily. Includes high-intensity interval training, tabata techniques, agility, weight training, and plyometrics. Well-rounded class.
Boot Camp: Entire body weight training. Can be intense.
Senior Fit: A fun group fitness class for seniors. We include yoga exercises, weight training, balance and posture training, and lots of chattering!
TK Fit: TaeKwonDo fitness. Cardio “kickboxing” style class. Founded in TaeKwonDo discipline but with an aerobic class feel. Taught by a blackbelt/group instructor.
Zumba Plus Toning: Fusion of Latin and international music with dance themes creating an aerobic, dynamic, and exciting workout.
Park Fit: 1 hour. Boot camp style 30 minutes, aerobic condition 30 minutes.
Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Certification classes available.
Massage therapy is available to members only! By appointment only. Professional, licensed massage therapist on staff.
